We closed on our property in Nathanial's Grove in March, 2025. As with most new construction, there were some repair issues with the new house. We contacted our Warranty manager with Ryan Homes, Chris Trammel, to arrange for work to be done. Chris was extremely courteous and responsive to our service requests, and came personally to the property to introduce himself, and provide his personal phone number. Chris was knowledgeable about all aspects of our property, and effective getting the correct techs in to make the house 100% right. Overall, we trust Chris to take care of us, which was, and remains, much appreciated.

The community is wonderful and the floorplan of the Bramante II is very innovative. Kathleen Rose is exceptional with her sales assistance. We have had a several minor corrections required after we moved in and their Warranty Manager, Chris, has been extremely helpful.
