Just a note that this review is being posted prior to going to settlement on our new home as construction is still ongoing. That said, so far we have nothing but very positive things to say about Nate Silva and the rest of the Ryan Team at Bethany Glen. Nate has been very accommodating, patient, kind and considerate and has gotten back to us VERY quickly on any questions we had. To include minor changes here and there along the way. Even on his day off! The products being used to build the house (windows, doors, materials, HVAC and so on) are a considerable step up from the typical "Builder Grade". This is now the third Ryan home That has been purchased in our family and encourage anyone to seek them out when looking for a new home.

I live in FL and I am possibly looking to buy a house in MD. I ended up getting connected with Nathan Silva, who works in Bethany Glen Community for Ryan Homes. After Nathan carefully listened to what I was looking for and the reason WHY I was possibly looking to buy, although he didn't have what I was looking for in his community, he still went above and beyond for me to steer me in the right directions to the right people where he thought I would find what I was looking for. Not only did he steer me in the right directions, I found him to be extremely perceptive, professional and knowledgeable in real estate location whereabouts and gave me very good advices that I would otherwise not have known had it not been for him and he really looked out for my best interest. If I end up buying in a different community from the community where he works out of, I only wish I could bring him with me to the community I would be buying from so that he could get the credit and the recognition he very much deserves and earned from me only if Ryan Homes were to allow this. For anyone who is looking to buy a new home, I would highly recommend Nathan and any buyer who ends up with him would be very fortunate to have someone like him working for you, advocating for you and looking out for your best interest as if he would look out for himself.
