I had a great experience in my home buying process and I was so skeptical at first for all the reviews I was reading online. I’ll say this much as a brand new home that has not been tested through time, there might be one or two things you find that may need a fix but literally took me a couple minutes to make a phone call and have something schedule. The turn around was amazing. One example, I had an issue where I needed the drainage moved, all I did was make a phone call and without exaggerating James the project manager showed up 30 mins later to check it out and got me scheduled for something next day! For that reason I give five stars. My pre-drywall inspection was flawless nothing was found but I’ll still recommend getting one since mistakes can happen. Anything found afterwards from aesthetic to mechanical will be covered by the warranty.

I was lucky to get one of the quick move-in townhomes. The process went smoothly and I was able to settle within 2 weeks. Lanie and Joe kept in constant communication and answered all my questions as they arose, even after moving in. The community is conveniently located near multiple grocery stores, shopping centers, and places to eat. There are movie theaters and a bowling alley nearby. It is about 15 minutes away from the airport, as well as Arundel Mills. I love that it’s minutes from Rte. 2, Rte. 10 & Rte. 100.
