She gently guided me through the process and was very patient. Mike, the project manager also rocks! He communicates with me regularly, he knows his stuff and I feel very comfortable in asking any question and confident in his responses. Even my loan agent Lauren has been awesome! She led me through the process with ease providing great clarity in what I thought would be an arduous process. Thanks to the team for the social event where I was able to meet my new neighbors. First and Foremost, Ms. A. Alexander is one of the most patient sales representatives, and goes the extra mile to ensure your needs are met, questions are answered. The community is a rare and well designed communities with a lot of amenities compared to other like communities. All the current residents we met so far have been very helpful, welcoming, and this seems to be a tight-knit group and exactly what a 55(plus) community represents. The community also represents an opportunity since this exact model is for sale in two other nearby locations starting at $600k and $700k with less amenities!
