My wife and I been searching for our forever home for a few years. We settled to build in Delaware Beaches area. When we visited the Compass Point site our first impression was "WOW" the entrance feels like a resort. Then we met Nikki who is professional and showed us beautiful homes. We purchased our new home in December 2024. Being from out of state, we were concerned about the build process and how we would stay connected. This was our first “new build” so we had no experience with the construction phase. Our project manager, Drew Eckman, quickly calmed our concerns. From the first day, Drew was extremely professional, polite and personable. He was thorough in explaining every aspect of the construction and what would come next. His weekly video updates and photos were informative and a welcome communication.He was always available to answer any questions. As the project came to completion, and we met Drew in person for walkthroughs, his attention to detail and management of crews was excellent. It was a pleasure working with him and we always felt he was working in our best interest. He’s a strong asset to the Ryan Homes team.
