Bloom Village Townhomes

We just bought a new home at Bloom Village from Ryan Homes. Sales team were great. I particularly enjoyed working with warranty team after the purchase. The entire team were impressive as far as response time to requests & proactive approach in customer care in addition to quality of work going above & beyond the call of duty. Special thanks to Mr. Nick who truly was the superstar helping us a great deal anytime we had any issues.

Kumar Maloney was our sales agent for Bloom Village. He was very thorough in the sales process which made putting in a contract that much easier.

I am VERY happy with my new home. It's been a few month and, like with any new home, there were some hiccups along the way but overall, extremely pleased with how everything turned out. The team at Ryan Homes is awesome. My parents previously bought with them many years ago so it was nice for me to be in their place this time around. Kumar, thank you SO much. Super responsive, helpful, and attentive. I had such a great experience at the start of it all with you. Kenneth and Sarah were also a great team. Making sure I got things in when they needed to be. Michael and Nick were among those that got the job done and honestly, they did a great job. Always providing the updates and pictures. Really appreciated their help and final explanations when we were nearing the finish line. Matt with warranty was super attentive too. Many thanks to Sage too, part of the customer service team. I felt very heard and knew she was helping me get the minor bugs fixed. And Rosemary was also very kind and patient as we finished everything up. I cried a bit when I finally got the keys with my mom and wow, just a great experience overall. And to see the final product.

First, I'm a new homeowner & an anxiety-ridden, perfectionist. I inquired about sites in other cities. When I mentioned I wanted a backyard, Bloom Village was suggested (can't remember name of sales agent, but I'm forever thankful). Shannon and Kumar became my sales agents. Both continued to help me, answering a million questions, measuring the property, taking pictures. Provided info with due diligence. Kumar even helps with interior designing recommendations! Shane was my project manager, very friendly, attentive, responsive, honest. In a private RyanHomes survey, I suggested more pictures of the inside of the house during construction (since I lived out of state). Not only got pictures, but also video tours. If I noticed something was off, he was so quick to get it fixed. We received updates weekly. He even pointed out something wrong I hadn't noticed and had already made arrangements to fix it. During construction, he sent measurements which helped me decide on curtain lengths for each floor so I could order before moving! During walkthrough, we noticed few issues and Shane corrected all of them immediately. He provided how-tos for the home. Has a sharp eye and cares to correct any flaws. He had the rugs vaccumed before walkthrough and again before settlement. Very classy & considerate! He continued to check up on us after move in. Matt, from warranty, is like our post-move-in PM! He is thoughtful, came to our house to look at issues we didn't notice at walkthrough and quickly remedied them. He is very responsive, friendly. I made private comments to RyanHomes for future considerations, and immediately received a call and an appointment on a convenient day for me to fix certain things. Matt clearly cares. Everyone who comes into the home takes off their shoes!! I am shocked and impressed and appreciative! I chose to keep title and loans under NVR umbrella to keep things simple. This was the best idea as things flowed very smoothly. Eric, Joe, and Rosemary - were all friendly, knowledgeable, and gave solid advice. They were subjected to an additional million and one questions, and I've learned so much from them during this process. Rosemary was so wonderful to work with. She was so friendly to my father and me during settlement, which was such a stressful time, that I cried during settlement. I made a suggestion in a private survey about having documents wayyy ahead of time so new homeowners could digest the information prior to signing. Kashaf called a few days later asking for more insight because we have "fresh eyes" and they're always looking for ways to "innovate" and "improve our services". He said RyanHomes/NVR "values everyone's opinion" and is "listening". And, from my perspective, they don't disappoint. By profession and by nature, I can easily spot large and small issues - I am cursed with constantly seeing the risks and imperfections. And things don't always work out the way you expected or were told or wanted. But the genuine appreciation of the feedback, the sincere initiative to want to innovate and improve for future homeowners, and the quick and responsive remedy for my home makes me so happy and sure that I've made the right decision. I'm appreciative to have worked with this team. My home is beautiful and I feel cared for. I love the materials and colors they offer. This all transpired across state lines and mostly virtual and it turned out to be a great experience, and I love the way things turned out. The backyard is so peaceful, I'll add! In large expenses, you always wonder if you're being bamboozled, but I didn't feel that way here. Thanks everyone for your honesty and responsiveness. Thanks to everyone who contributed to making this a great experience and making me feel at home and taken care of. My family and I will use Ryan Homes again for future home purchases, as long as they're able to build where we have to be. Long review, but I hope it helps others - you'll get a quality home and meet some nice people along the way. And I hope all mentioned get the recognition they deserve.
