This visit was to take a tour of one of the model homes. I rep Melynda did an amazing job presenting, answering questions and setting the tone. The home was absolutely beautiful. Update: I have since purchased the home and moved in. Sanitation placed one of my neighbor's large TV box at the end of my driveway due to the fact that there were some non-recyclable items inside rather than put it back when it came from. I attempted to drag the box up the driveway as much as I could bc it was very large and too heavy for one person to handle. Coincidently, the next day Melynda reached out following up to see how the home was going. I informed her of the incident. She offered to help me move the box once she was done for the day. Melynda even went above and beyond by bringing over her vehicle with the hopes that we would be able to transport the box in the vehicle to the dumpster. It was entirely too large so she helped me to drag the box over to the dumpster. It really is an incredible feeling to know that I am still in good hands even after closing.
