Lisa was heaven sent. I was an out of town resident and visited Tupelo with an open mind. Lisa had me at “Hello”. And to make things better she acted as my proxy during the whole home building process. She made sure I was in the loop virtually on all the progress that was being made. She was very thoughtful and caring. Lisa was my home purchase guardian angel. I wish she worked in all the other areas warranty, construction and NVR. Lisa I salute you.

I had an outstanding sales experience with Dominique Stephens! She consistently kept me informed about all the essential tasks that needed completion. Additionally, my Project Manager, Jack Davis, was incredibly transparent and exceptionally knowledgeable about everything I needed to know. I had an outstanding experience working with Dominique Stephens, Sales Representative, and Nick-James Brooks, Project Manager, from Ryan Homes over the course of the five months it took to build my new home. From the very beginning of the process, both Dominique and Nick demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and genuine care that made this journey not only enjoyable but also reassuring. Dominique was an absolute joy to work with from day one. I came into the process already knowing which home model I loved, and she skillfully guided me through all the options available to customize it to my liking. Even though purchasing a new home can be an overwhelming and sometimes stressful experience, Dominique’s warm demeanor and consistent communication made it feel smooth and exciting. She stayed in contact with me every step of the way, offering advice, answering my questions, and providing updates. What stood out to me the most was her follow-up even after I went under contract. She would check in regularly just to see how I was feeling about the progress, which added a personal touch that meant a lot during such an emotional time. When it came to the actual construction of the home, Nick-James Brooks was equally fantastic. From the first time I met him, Nick was extremely professional and transparent about the building process. He took the time to explain what to expect during each phase of construction and made sure I was comfortable with every aspect. Throughout the five months, Nick consistently uploaded progress photos and provided detailed updates, which helped me feel involved and informed even when I couldn’t be physically present. What I appreciated the most was his sense of urgency and commitment to answering all of my questions, no matter how small. Whether it was a specific detail about a project or simply wanting to understand more about the construction timeline, Nick was always available with informative and thoughtful responses. His dedication to ensuring that I knew exactly what was happening from start to finish helped ease my anxieties and made the whole process much less stressful. Building a home can be a daunting and uncertain experience, but both Dominique and Nick went above and beyond to make sure it was as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care for my satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
