We have been looking for a home in South Carolina for a couple of years now. We have always loved Indigo Bay and have met a lot of great people there, including friends from Michigan. We always thought that the neighborhood was exceptional and believed that it may be a bit too pricy for us. We stopped in on March 28th and met Scott, we just figured what the heck, let's get a quote and see what we might be able to work out. Scott walked us through the entire house asking us a ton of questions regarding our needs. Then we sat down, and he worked his magic, helping us understand all of the options that we should consider as well as which lots were available. The initial price was a bit higher than we wanted to spend, so we discussed ways we could achieve the target price. We returned the next day to finalize the quote, and two days later we entered into our contract. We are very happy with our decision to buy a Ryan home in Indigo Bay, but I am certain without Scott, and his expertise, we would still be looking for homes in South Carolina.
