Our process is still unfolding as we are in between signing paperwork and awaiting a meeting with our project manager, but I wanted to leave a review now to say that our primary contact with this Ryan community so far has been Kyle Wright and he has been absolutely amazing! He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, honest and trustworthy. His way of working with us is the single greatest reason we chose to build in this community. If you're considering building in this community, we recommend that you insist on working with Kyle Wright. We're convinced he'd be the best person to help navigate you through this important process with the respect and support a customer deserves when making this kind of investment.

My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with Ashley Lagman from Ryan Homes to purchase our first New Build Home ever. As first time builders we needed a lot of guidance to put together our dream home. Ashley has worked diligently to give us every piece of information we needed. She has met with us multiple times to show us every tiny detail of this huge project. She was incredibly patient as we went back and forth about options we may or may not want. In the end, she was able to help us get the lot we wanted, the house model we wanted, all the upgrades we wanted including helping us decide which ones were not in our best interest. I assume she could have gotten more commission selling us a bigger, more expensive home with more upgrades, but she helped direct us to what was best for my husband and I and not what was in her best interest. I consider this the highest quality you could want in a salesperson, to put the customer first. The fact that Ashley has a sweet personality and a great sense of humor made the process an enjoyable one too! We very much appreciate Ashley and all of the Ryan Homes employees we have come in contact with. They are a great group of people and we're looking forward to making Summer Brooke our new home in 2025!
