The entire Ryan Homes team at The Lakes at Riverbend are fantastic! Gayle, whom we met first, had a glowing smile and a pleasant attitude of, "just make yourself at home". Then we met Gigi, who gave a "no pressure" tour of the home models. Finally, and after we quickly decided to purchase a home with Ryan Homes, we met Brian. One of Ryan Homes team members, Brian made our loan application easy and efficient. Buying a home with Ryan Homes has been a joy!

My husband, Steve, and I purchased a Ryan townhome in Lakes at Riverbend in July 2024. From the very start, we have worked with Lindsey and she is extremely helpful. She made the purchase process easy, helping us choose a lot and pick options for upgrades in our new home. We also had some special requests and Lindsey was able to include them in our contract! We met with Kyle for a preconstruction meeting and was impressed by how familiar he was with our specific choices, as well as the special request we had made. After reviewing several new communities in the Leland and Wilmington area, the Lakes at Riverbend stood out immediately with the personnel in the sales office. We specifically worked with Lindsey. Sure Lindsey works as a "sales" agent but our experience with her has been nothing but hospitable, resourceful and felt as if Lindsey was always looking out for our best interests. As a result, it was a very easy decision to become a future resident at the Lakes at Riverbend. I'd also add that Lindsey strives to position us to be well networked in the community both with employment opportunities and socially. Her consistent communication has been key in making us comfortable during the process as we live 15 hours away. We are extremely happy about our decision.

Let me first say everyone whom we met at Ryan Homes was absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk into the office, you are met and greeted by courteous, professional, intelligent, and most importantly patient and understanding people, who are there to make your home buying experience one of a kind. We had the opportunity to work along side Lydia, and I’m thankful she is whom we had the pleasure of working with. Lydia went above and beyond making our home buying experience exciting, fun, non-stressful, and extremely seamless. She took the time to inquire about my situation of being a single parent, my background on why my two children and I relocated to NC, and what were a few of our nonnegotiables, so she was better able to help and understand me, throughout the home buying process. Lydia came in on days off, answered every text and email within the same business day-after hours too. She also took the time to listen to my two daughters stories about what they were looking for, most excited about in regards to the home purchase, and worked tirelessly on crunching numbers many different ways, giving me several options and directions I could go with. Furthermore, she was 100 percent transparent when discussing price points, deadlines and other necessary financial responsibilities and obligations. Even when it came to an item and question she was not certain on, she expressed that, and then immediately found the contact person to ask, in real time, giving us the exact answer. I would highly recommend Ryan Homes if you are looking to buy, and if you have the opportunity to ask for a specific agent, Lydia would be whom I would suggest…..hands down!
