Tranquility 55 Plus

After deciding to relocate back to Virginia we knew that we wanted a new build home. No longer interested in fixer uppers or projects or remodels. We visited several of the areas in and around Williamsburg that are building and since we are better than 55 we looked at those as well. When we came to Tranquility we felt we had found options worth exploring. So in spite of all the construction and we know it will go on for a time yet we toured the models and studied floor plans with Chris Sales one of the onsite sales managers and we found a home we knew we would be comfortable to live in and at a price that was more competitive than others we had seen for sure. Chris, besides being just a really nice guy, knows his product inside and out and we feel confidence in knowing living here will be wonderful. Lynda Weaver lot 71

Our entire experience, from the moment we stumbled upon this new neighborhood, until the moment we were handed the keys to our beautiful new home yesterday was exceptional. We are long-time Williamsburg residents who were thinking about downsizing from our larger home. One day, quite by accident, we stumbled upon Tranquility. Unfortunately, the Sales Office was closed that day, but there was a gentleman standing nearby and we asked if, by chance, he knew when the office might be open? His immediate response: "Let me open it for you right now!" His name was Chris Sales and he was friendly, warm and patient with us from the very beginning, answering question after question about the neighborhood, house plans, pricing, etc. A few weeks later, we were introduced to Chris' coworker, Mary Lynn Wells, who guided us patiently through the completion of the process that led to our decision to build our new home there. Mary Lynn was warm, responsive, friendly and professional every step of the way. She never seemed flustered or overwhelmed by our indecision and constant plan changes. We felt vert grateful to be so well served by Mary Lynn and Chris as we made the decision to put down new roots at Tranquility. Then, things got even better. Mary Lynn introduced us to our Project Manager, Ray Foote. From the first time we met Ray, we knew we had made the right decision. Ray was everything you would want in a person responsible for the construction of your new home. He was proactive, accountable, responsive to our every whim and desire, and always began with "yes" even when he knew that "yes" was going to be hard to make happen for us. Throughout the 3 1/2 month construction process, Ray kept us constantly informed through texts, calls, photos and personally-narrated videos. Throughout it all, Ray proved that he was a man of character and a man of his word. When our home was finished, it was everything we wanted and more... all thanks to the diligent efforts of Ray, his colleague Slater, and his entire team. In summary, we have felt very blessed to be associated with Ray, Mary Lynn, Chris and Ryan Homes at Tranquility from start to finish. We can't wait to become part of our new community.
