It first begins with the phenomenal site agent, Tracee Marshall, whose knowledge and professionalism is amazing about this community. Then the loan officer and his team, who I refer as the "J" Team: Jessie, his assistant Jessica, Joyce Anne, and Jamie. They were accessible the entire process!! Whenever I had a question or concern, someone was always available to assist me. Now lastly but definitely not least, the Builder's Team, Anderson and Sam, kept me informed and sent pictures the entire time. They were awesome to be my eyes and no matter how many questions I had, they never made me feel like I was a nuisance.
