Beautiful townhouses

We just moved into our new Ryan Homes townhouse in the Wingate Towns community, and I can confidently say this experience has exceeded all expectations — especially compared to our previous build with D.R. Horton. We chose the Ballad floor plan and immediately fell in love with the extra space, dual vanities, large pantry, and abundant natural light that came with an end unit. The oak handrail, upgraded finishes, beautiful flooring, and kitchen venting to the outside are all thoughtful touches that make the home feel incredibly premium. Every design choice feels intentional and well-executed. Even the bonus closet is such a nice touch to maximize all the space this home has to offer. From day one, the sales process was smooth and transparent. Matt was amazing — always helpful, responsive, and guided us through every step with clarity and care. But what really set this experience apart was our project manager, John K. I would trust this man to manage building a home anywhere in the world. His attention to detail, consistent updates through the photo app, and willingness to walk us through the house multiple times gave us unmatched peace of mind. Especially after how terrible our experience with DR Horton was and how it made us extra cautious and more knowledgeable on what this experience should be like. John treated our home like it was his own and was always kind, friendly, and genuinely invested in making this a great experience. The construction quality is excellent, and the neighborhood itself is a beautiful place to live — with sidewalks, walking trails, and easy access to everything in Harrisonburg. If you’re on the fence about buying in Wingate or with Ryan Homes, I highly recommend it. After working with another builder in the past, the difference here is night and day — and it all comes down to the people, transparency, and quality. We’re so glad to call this place home. Ryan Homes had two truly amazing people on their team in Matt and John that delivered us a home we are incredibly proud and happy to live in.

I have lived here for just a month now. What I will say is that the craftsmanship and attention to detail is there. We bought the house in December, and it was ready for move-in just 6 months later. My experience so far has been outstanding. From the salesman, Ryan, to the different contractors we had were incredible. The contractors kept us in the loop throughout the process through an app called PhotoCircle. This was a great way to keep us aware of things happening on the jobsite. The loan officers we used were through NVR (the Ryan Homes loan providers). So far his townhome has been incredible. We are first time homeowners, and Ryan Homes made the process incredibly simple. We have a couple of issues with the house and the wiring of the electrical outlets in the kitchen. When I submitted a ticket for this in the warranties for Ryan Homes, I heard from an electrician within a week. We have not been here long, but so far it has been exactly what we were expecting and wanting.
