My wife and I shopped around and tried to purchase a home in the Ocean isle NC area. Jason at Ryan homes was so up front and helpful and made the buying decision and process so easy. The other builders in the same area really played games and would not be up front on the final pricing, and one of them refused to put the pricing on a buyers order for us, they wanted us to take their word for it. Only Jason was willing to put it in writing for us and also walk us through the buyers agreement. We highly recommend Ryan Homes and Jason as well. You will not be disappointed. It started with Jason in the on site Model Home, who was friendly and attentive to our desires in order to come up with our southern dream home. The Model Home clearly outlined the design options and finishing's that were available for selection to complete the purchase agreement. Ryan Homes has also clearly explained the steps in the process to complete our home build and provided a series of podcasts outlining the proposed timeline and key touchpoints. Now all we are waiting for is the permitting, meeting our Project Manager and construction to start!
