What she could have considered to be basic questions, she diligently answered. Her level of communication and connectedness throughout the process reassured my family we were in good hands. Kate accommodated last-minute changes as feasible and even helped create a future vision for our home. Greg, our project manager- lived up to his words. He never fails to call on a Friday with updates, even when there weren’t significant changes to the previous week. When my family opted to have our home inspected pre- and post-drywall, he encouraged us to. Issues identified were readily resolved, and an acceptable reason was provided if they weren't. Greg and Kate made our journey seamless and stress-free in many ways, and to top it all off, they celebrated with us at the end. I highly recommend Ryan Homes and the Gilbert Meadows community.

I just settled about a month ago and all I can say is WOW!!! What an amazing team I had thru the process. First Kate, she met with my wife fist and it takes a lot to impress her. After a little fact finding we agreed to purchase an Anderson model. I really wanted a front porch and the first floor owner's suite after that it was up to my wife and Kate to work out the rest. We made a few quirky upgrades and they couldn't me more accommodating. Now come the hard part. Building the dream. That's were Greg came into play. He explained the whole process and what to expect during it. Also pleased with the fact they uploaded pictures and made a weekly call to me to confirm the progress. Everything was spot on from the time step one to step 100. We went thru the pre drywall to the final ispection without a hitch. After I settled Greg and I went thru the house to go over a couple minor issues which they fix that day. A couple little things came up which was expected and he took care of all issues. All I can say is Thanks to the team that made it happen.
