My experience with Ryan Homes was great. From sales agent Lindsey who went above and beyond to help me buying the house and she still keeps me posted through every step of the process. The mortgage group was also very helpful. I just met my general contractor James and he is going to take pictures of every step of the build and put them on an app for viewing. I am excited to see the pool and clubhouse finished they look amazing. I hope to be in my house in November. It is great to know there are still people who care. Doing all this from another state makes it challenging.

Our experience with purchasing a new Ryan home was wonderful. We are relocation to the Wilmington area and this community is exactly what we are looking for. Nico made everything easy and fully explained the community as well as the building process. We appreciated his ability to be intuitive and guide us in selecting our options and additions for the future, such as additional outlets, prewires and upgrades. Nico is very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all our questions and was quick to understand our lifestyle and personalities to better help us with our selections. She also took the time to educate us with the attractions in the Wilmington area. We have built new homes in the past and this was by far the easiest. Ryan Homes offers great design selections and floorpans. The Lakes at Riverbend is a pleasant community with great amenities. We are looking forward to being part of the neighborhood.
