Gulls Landing at Sea Trail

We've lived in the top notch Sea Trail community for several years. When Ryan Homes came to build here, we liked what we saw and decided to become first time home builders. Amber Faraci, our sales manager, made the process stress free and fun. She and every Ryan employee we've met has impressed us with their professionalism, dedication and infectious enthusiasm. Communication with Trey Hardy, our project manager, has been great, he has anwered all our questions and adressed every concern each step of the way. We're thrilled to be closing next week and can't wait to officially become homeowners in this wonderful community.

Our house is in the building phase at this time. So far, we have had nothing but fabulous service. We are exceptionally grateful for all the expertise of all individuals involved to this point. Top-notch employees.

1. The process from buying our home to move in was relatively simple. We bought in November and didn’t return until we moved in over Memorial Day weekend, which was two months earlier than estimated! So obviously the communication was good as our permanent home is in Seattle. 2. We love our lot as we can watch the golfers at the tenth hole and scenery is beautiful- alligators, birds, ponds etc. 3. Our home is just right. We like the layout for its practicality and we’ve had very little issues so far (which were addressed). Everyone around us is so friendly and welcoming. 4. We rented a golf cart the first week to assure we wanted one. So easy to take it to the gym, beach or whatever. And Sea Trail is one of the few developments that you can ride a golf cart to the beach legally. 5. We love the close proximity to the Club House. We’ve been there many times and the food/drinks and environment is great. 6. We’ve played pickleball and use the gym regularly. 7. We’ve tried assorted restaurants/tiki bars in the area and all have been good experiences. 8. The beach is amazing with the white sand. We’ve gone in the morning, afternoon and then the evening for the sunset. Frequent activities in the area to include markets, bands etc. 9. I tried the evening yoga on the beach and it was a cool experience compared to the studios at home. 10. In the two weeks we’ve been here., I’ve ridden my road bike hundreds of miles and joined two bike riding clubs. ❤️ Everyone was so friendly and it’s been really fun to ride out here. 11. We stumbled across Gulls Landing by accident last November and both knew it was what we were looking for —especially after talking with the sales agent Carmen❤️. We’ve looked at numerous other developments and Gulls Landing is unique. We’ve heard good reviews about Ryan Homes and our project manager Trey was an amazing communicator. 12. It’s a home but we feel like we are on a beautiful 😍 resort.
