From the first phone call to Ryan's home selling team to taking possession of my condo has been a very smooth experience. The sales team is very knowledgeable and was available to answer all my questions. The settlement process was seamless with great communication from the beginning to closing. The project manager who conducted the walk thru explained everything including appliances, maintenance and warranties. He continues to be available to assist us. I am in the process of purchasing a condo with Ryan Homes and so far the process is amazing. Cindy(sales rep) is fantastic. She's very friendly and has been super helpful through this whole process. She's always available when I need her. She's super responsive, answered all my questions and made this process a lot less stressful. The whole team is amazing, including NVR (the lender) and the builders. They send you weekly pictures on the progress of the building and are always available for questions. So far a great experience for a 1st time home buyer such as myself.
