When we had a financing issue at the end Nathan went above and beyond to get us the things needed to get to settlement. With Nathan on your side you will get to the finish line. He was very easy to work with from the first visit. Explained in detail everything to my client and how things worked and keep engaged through the whole process. I purchased a Ryan Home at Bethany Glen this Saturday - their opening weekend - and I couldn't be more excited. I've been looking for a home with main level living in Ellicott City for quite a while now, but hadn't been able to find anything that checked all of my boxes... An owner's bedroom on the 1st floor; a 2 car garage for my EV; a covered outdoor space; and most importantly, a little extra space for my grandkids when they come over. The floorplan they offer here was a perfect fit & came at a much more reasonable price compared to the other builder in the community. The neighborhood itself is in a great location too - close to everything I need but still tucked away in a quiet community with a serene setting. There are some amenities coming later this summer also including a pickleball court, clubhouse, game room, & small gym. I'm looking forward to meeting some of my new neighbors once it's up & running. A special shoutout to the sales team there too! All three sales reps - Nathan, Kate, & Lori - helped me at different points in the process & were amazing! I couldn't be more excited to move in later this fall & will update this review throughout the process.

We recently purchased lot #12 in the Bethany Glen community & couldn't be any happier with the experience. Both the home & neighborhood are perfect for my husband & I... Just the right size; a great location; and a very fair price considering it's brand-new construction in Ellicott City. Our sales representative Nathan Silva was tremendously helpful & patient through our meetings. We had several questions about the building materials, the options/upgrades, the homesite itself, & the buying process as a whole. He answered all of them in detail & never seemed bothered by our continuous follow ups. If you're in the market for a new home and like the idea of your primary bedroom on the main level, I would highly recommend visiting Ryan Homes at Bethany Glen.

I live in FL and I am possibly looking to buy a house in MD. I ended up getting connected with Nathan Silva, who works in Bethany Glen Community for Ryan Homes. After Nathan carefully listened to what I was looking for and the reason WHY I was possibly looking to buy, although he didn't have what I was looking for in his community, he still went above and beyond for me to steer me in the right directions to the right people where he thought I would find what I was looking for. Not only did he steer me in the right directions, I found him to be extremely perceptive, professional and knowledgeable in real estate location whereabouts and gave me very good advices that I would otherwise not have known had it not been for him and he really looked out for my best interest. If I end up buying in a different community from the community where he works out of, I only wish I could bring him with me to the community I would be buying from so that he could get the credit and the recognition he very much deserves and earned from me only if Ryan Homes were to allow this. For anyone who is looking to buy a new home, I would highly recommend Nathan and any buyer who ends up with him would be very fortunate to have someone like him working for you, advocating for you and looking out for your best interest as if he would look out for himself.
