I've just made the decision to purchase here, and this is a well-planned development. The townhomes area has ample green spaces with wide roads, so it doesn't feel cramped. There are sidewalks throughout, walking trails, several play and park-like areas, and a pier on the intracoastal making the area feel like a community rather than a complex. The Ryan Homes teams are great to work with! Vincent has gone above and beyond to get me into a home that fits my needs and Nicole was great on getting me the best possible financing for my budget. I highly recommend the Hope Pointe community and Ryan Homes!
