We were looking for a new home due to outgrowing our current one. We wanted one in the same School and School District that our kids attend. We could not get any luckier than finding this new development. We quickly made an appointment. Steve M our sales rep. Steve was awesome !! Steve was very knowledgeable and took the time to hear our needs and wants. He made great suggestions and also helped us not add things that where not necessary, saving us a good amount $$. We decided that day that we wanted to build. Steve helped us through the whole process. We are currently a few months in a and our New home is currently being built . During the past few months we have met a few of the Ryan Homes Team members anyone from the Mortgage Loan Officer who has been fantastic to the Project Manager who has kept us up to date daily with our build. The Ryan Homes Team and experience has been a positive one. We are excited for our new adventure. Looking forward to meeting new neighbors etc.. Our experience has been wonderful so far. This is not our first home build or purchase so we are well aware of the process and there have been no surprises. Dan has the best personality! He has kept us up-to-date on the community and listened to our specific needs and wants. We never felt pressured to purchase things we did not want or need.
