For the past couple of years, we have been searching for a builder to build our home, and we finally decided to go with Ryan Homes. So far, we have been very pleased working with the team at Bear Creek Estates—especially Leah. She is incredible at what she does, and you can truly tell how committed and passionate she is about her work. Originally, we were planning to build in another Ryan Homes community in Harrisburg, Green Lane Meadows. While we were waiting for a site to become available there, we expressed interest in Bear Creek Estates. At first, we noticed that the starting price seemed to be outside of what we had budgeted. However, Leah did something amazing—she encouraged us to come and take a look and experience everything the community had to offer our family. Once we visited, we completely fell in love with the community, especially because it is perfect for our kids. All school levels are within walking distance, the neighborhood is very calm, and it truly feels like a great place to raise a family. Leah has been extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and always available to answer our questions or address any concerns. This is my first time building a new home. It has been such a smooth and easy process. The sales rep, Leah, has been great to work with in all stages of the process. She is extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly, and answers all my questions clearly and with transparency. Bear Creek Estates is an amazing location in Etown! The lots are huge (1/2 acre+). It was hard to choose a floor plan because there were so many good ones and we were able to have a 3-car garage! There were also a lot of beautiful choices of finishes and many upgrade options available.
