She talked through every option avalible, and there were a lot, to allow us to feel comfortable in our decision making. This was our first time going through Ryan homes to build brand new but our 3rd home. We knew what we liked and didnt like and Ryan homes has delivered to this point. We are very optimistic about the rest of this process. We just had our pre construction meeting today and we couldnt be more please other than we thought our whole driveway was gonna be concrete. I am currently serving my 32nd year on active duty, and my wife and I were looking for a quiet rural community to settle down in for retirement. Gates County fit the bill, and everyone we have met in the area has been exceptionally kind—I even subscribed to the local town council meetings on YouTube just to listen to the small-town discussions. When it comes to our buying experience, I want to give a special shout-out to Tasia with Ryan Homes and Justin with NVR Mortgage. This is our fourth new-construction home across a 32-year naval career that has ranged from Washington state to Virginia, and these two stood out above them all for their outstanding customer service. They slowed down the process and explained everything to us as if it were our very first home, which I truly appreciated. The communication continued long after the paperwork was signed, making the entire journey feel like a welcoming, neighborly experience rather than just a business transaction.
