My husband & I got a flyer in the mailbox and scheduled a tour immediately. The homes were an absolute dream. Ashley was so welcoming & even had donuts/drinks for us during the tour. She responds promptly, works hard & did her best to answer any questions we had. Very understanding & kind when we made or final decision at the end. James was also very kind, patient & informative throughout the process. Although we did not end up signing & owning one of the beautiful homes In Glendean Pointe… Yet!!! When the time & circumstances are right for us this will be one of our top picks to choose from when buying a home. Why we love it: • Brand-New Build In & Out • Aesthetic Exterior & Interior Design • 3BED & 2.5BATH • VA Loan Friendly • 10-14min to WPAFB • Community Build / Feeling Safe Definitely a place we see & would love ourselves, friends & family to all live together. I was getting frustrated with the search until I saw the ad for Glendean Pointe. As curiosity would have it I made an appointment and met Ashley and James. We chatted like old friends about the neighborhood, the upcoming builds and the financial opportunities that were readily available to me and my family. I went home with a lighter heart. Went back that weekend and figured out the details. I am telling you all, if you need explanation of the details Ashley and James make it easy to understand and they are extremely patient.
