5 stars because I really like the builder. 2 stars for the guy helping my daughter and her fiancé. I think he took them as a noble because they are in their early twenties. He said people come here looking for 200k townhomes.. They can afford well over the 400k that the houses were actually going for. So they bought a Ryan TH in another location…. Don’t judge a book by its cover..
