We have had a great experience so far with Ryan homes. Deb has been amazing and very helpful explaining the process, all the different options and helping us choose what will best fit our family. So far so good! We're getting married in our early 60's and wanted to build a new home instead of buying an older home that required maintenance and remodeling. We selected Ryan Homes because they met our price point and the Winding Creek development was located in Warren County where we want to retire with lower RE taxes. Also, Winding Creek is super close to Centerville, family and work. Ryan also had a nice 3 car garage ranch option that we sought. I also feel that Ryan has improved their quality focus and materials (flooring, siding, stone, granite countertops, etc). The whole process was clearly explained and Ryan sent training videos detailing all the steps. We got lucky and ended up with the best salesperson ever - Danielle Bayer! She has been wonderful to work with! At this point, we have our first planning meeting coming up. The build starts in February and we expect to close in June.

We are building the Cumberland model in the final section of the Winding Creek neighborhood. From the time we visited the model home to now, we have had nothing but positive experiences. Deborah Linz continues to be very helpful on the sales, selection, and purchasing process. Ian Dickey is our project manager and provides weekly updates. They both are professional, responsive and want this to be an exciting process. We are looking forward to being part of the neighborhood.

Things have been going SO WELL & fast since my last post that I wanted to add an update: After the very cold weather "slowdown/setback" the build process now has seemed to explode rapidly and so has our anticipation excitement! Even though it is only in the initial framing stage, we are so thankful for the progress pictures at least weekly from our project mgmt. team of Jake & Ian, the responsiveness and cooperation of our sales reps Deborah & Danielle, and their coordination with Kellie. Without ALL of them working so well together, this 2nd build with Ryan Homes would not be as smooth or exciting as it is! Keep up the great work & GO TEAM RYAN!
