We have had an awesome experience at Ryan Homes and our new house in Woodlands at Morrow. My fiancé and I bought here last October and the house was ready to go in 6 months. Kiki in sales was great and extremely helpful. But let me tell you about the superstar - Dave Brown. If you’re buying here, pray for him to be your project manager. He has been nothing but professional, punctual, and respectful of our time in our new home. As with any new construction built through winter, there may be some leftover items due to weather and such. Nonetheless, Dave has made what we thought would be a daunting process, extremely easy and carefree. These guys go 110% above and beyond the call to make sure your house is as perfect as it can be for you. I couldn’t have asked for someone better than Dave to help us get it even more perfect and finalize leftover items in a very timely manner. 10/10 recommend!

My wife and I was looking for a few months for a new home. We went to different communities to find the right one. I wanted to thank Courtney Jackson for being so professional and informative. She went above our expectations, even not knowing the area she help us tremendously to know the community different places around. Courtney also walk us through the different lots and we found the one we liked. Then after walking us through the process, Courtney has called consistently every Monday to check in on us. Any questionsduring the construction process and after she always answers, and answers pretty fast. Also Richard who calls every Friday with updates about our property and has answered every single question thus far with no hesitancy. I'm very satisfied and happy with our home.
