Beautiful new community in a great location. The homes are well designed with spacious layouts, huge kitchen islands, and plenty of storage. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Definitely worth checking out if you’re considering new construction.

I was very impressed on my recent tour of this new community. The neighborhood is well designed and going to be absolutely beautiful! I love the location as it's convenient to so many places and the staff was so welcoming and definitely made for an enjoyable visit. Knowledgeable too, answered about a million of my questions! Love the first floor suite for the long term, such a great option. Definitely worth a look if you are in the market.

Our experience with Ryan has been very good Nick Muzzi did a fantastic job during the building process fantastic with communication and sharing photos of the progress and just a genuinely nice person representing Ryan. Always there when I had any kind of a question and believe me I had plenty of them. All of the sales staff and we met with many of them, Patrick Shane, Michelle at the model were very helpful and great people to deal with. They made the buying process very seamless. Ryan offers some great options That are mostly included in your price of your home. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because we never get a chance to use our dishwasher. It was supposedly ran before we bought the house, but we never used it for a week or so after we moved in and it never worked. When we went to Ryan, they told us we had to go through the manufacturer GE after waiting about two weeks to get a new control board and then another week for someone to come put it in, we were not happy with that. We felt that Ryan should have just gave us a new dishwasher and dealt with the nonworking one through their appliance distributor. Otherwise, we love the house and we love the community. We think it’s going to be great place to live for our golden years.

Nick Muzzi was our project manager. His communication was consistently clear and proactive keeping us informed at every stage of construction. Updating us with photos and texts allowed us to trust and feel confident during what could have been a stressful process. Nick answered calls during his personal time which was truly appreciated. Sticking to the predicted closing date is unheard of in most new construction and this shows how well Nick managed his team and workers. At walk through, Nick explained in detail all appliances, heating, air conditioning and sump pump systems. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our home.
