We just moved into our new home at Anderson Farm and we are beyond thrilled. Merlin was wonderful to deal with. He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions. He treated us like family and even came over on move in day to give us welcome to the neighborhood hugs. Brian was also fabulous. He did our new home orientation and was always keeping us updated and always so helpful and ready with answers to questions at any time.

Just moved into Anderson Farms a few days ago. Really pleased with the customer service, both before the sale and after, as well as the attention to ensuring that the homeowner is happy and comfortable with their home purchase. Very impressed overall with Ryan Homes. Laura in sales was knowledgeable and answered all our questions presale. Robert (Bob) who spent hours with us during our new home orientation and in the next few days, as we were getting acclimated to our new home, was very helpful and patient. This was our fifth new home and by far the easiest as we were able to get an uncomplicated fast closing. Very impressed. Their employees are great!

I recently purchased a Nassau Cove Townhouse from Merlin Crist. I only visited Anderson Farm once while I was visiting my daughter and her husband. The three of us took a tour on a very rainy day. After walking into a model I knew then that this was an awesome location and great value. The process has been done completely over the phone and online. So far I couldn’t be happier.
