We have been looking for almost 7 months for the right home for my husband and I. We heard about Ryan's home thought let's check them out. When we got there I was so xcited after meeting whitney.she was such a pleasure meeting . She was on top of every question we had. She was the kindest person I just was so impressed with her. Then we saw the home!!! It's just what we were looking for .she showed us it with so much pride! I love our new home to come. Then we met the builder James! He was the best on our walk threw .he explained everything from top to bottom .he is the sweetest guy ever. my husband and I were so lucky to find Ryan's home estate in tabor city . It's just so beautiful in there.we could of not been any happier dealing with Whitney and James. Ty to all that who has been involved with our new home . I wanted a new build and I wanted it on a decent amount of land. When I went out to look at the model homes at Lake Tabor Estates, I met Whitney, the on-site sales representative. Whitney walked me through each model home and around the development to show me all the lots. Whitney was open, friendly and very excited to be helping me. I chose my home and my lot and the building process began. I then met James, the on-site project manager. James is amazing ! He is a true professional. He takes his job seriously. He checks and double checks all the specifics so that if mistakes are made he catches them at their level and corrects them before the next stage of the build. He instills complete confidence in the new home buyers, at least he has in me ... and I am VERY hard to please. So far, my buying and building experience has been great. I've been kept informed and invited on site to view each stage of the build and I have gone out to view each stage. I've felt respected, and even entertained every time I've been on site ! Everyone involved with Ryan Homes at LakeTabor Estates is Awesome !
