We purchased a home in the Klein Mills development in quaint Elizabethtown. It was a positive experience from day one. Caitlin our sales rep was amazing and so helpful as we made decisions about our forever home. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and always available to answer questions and help us on the journey. Alex the builder was fabulous! He kept us informed weekly of the progress with our home and we always looked forward to his weekly calls. We loved getting pictures every week in Photo Circle of each stage of the building process. It’s a wonderful keepsake of our home from an empty lot to our finished forever home. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond. We absolutely loved being able to see every stage of our home being built. We moved in to our beautiful home in September. We are enjoying meeting our new neighbors and excited for the opening of the Clubhouse and all the amenities in the New Year. Highly recommend this new development and the outstanding crew that have made it all possible.

Recently my wife and I explored the Klein Mills neighborhood as we are relocating from Charlotte, NC to move closer to family. We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this 55+ neighborhood. The sales team there; Adam, Leah, & Chandler are second to none. I would score a 10 but 5 stars is their highest. Their home plans are beautiful, well thought out, and are loaded with all the features most developers charge extra for. For the past couple of years, we have been searching for a builder to build our home, and we finally decided to go with Ryan Homes. So far, we have been very pleased working with the team at Bear Creek Estates—especially Leah. She is incredible at what she does, and you can truly tell how committed and passionate she is about her work. Originally, we were planning to build in another Ryan Homes community in Harrisburg, Green Lane Meadows. While we were waiting for a site to become available there, we expressed interest in Bear Creek Estates. At first, we noticed that the starting price seemed to be outside of what we had budgeted. I have been wanting to build with Ryan Homes for a long time now! We are moving from NJ to PA and absolutely love this community that we are moving into! It has the largest lots that I have seen from Ryan Homes! It's been such a wonderful experience working with Leah throughout this whole process! She has been so encouraging and fun to work with! This is my first time building a new home. It has been such a smooth and easy process. The sales rep, Leah, has been great to work with in all stages of the process. She is extremely knowledgeable, responds quickly, and answers all my questions clearly and with transparency. Bear Creek Estates is an amazing location in Etown! The lots are huge (1/2 acre+). It was hard to choose a floor plan because there were so many good ones and we were able to have a 3-car garage! There were also a lot of beautiful choices of finishes and many upgrade options available.

This showed how above and beyond she will go for her clients. The community has all the schools within walking distance and super kid friendly, which is a plus for us.
