Beautiful new community in a great location. The homes are well designed with spacious layouts, huge kitchen islands, and plenty of storage. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit. Definitely worth checking out if you’re considering new construction.

I love the location as it's convenient to so many places and the staff was so welcoming and definitely made for an enjoyable visit. Knowledgeable too, answered about a million of my questions! Love the first floor suite for the long term, such a great option. Definitely worth a look if you are in the market.

This was our first experience with Ryan Homes. Nick Muzzi was our project manager and he made this a great experience. Nick was very personal, professional, and knowledgeable. Nick Muzzi was our project manager. His communication was consistently clear and proactive keeping us informed at every stage of construction. Updating us with photos and texts allowed us to trust and feel confident during what could have been a stressful process. Nick answered calls during his personal time which was truly appreciated. Sticking to the predicted closing date is unheard of in most new construction and this shows how well Nick managed his team and workers. At walk through, Nick explained in detail all appliances, heating, air conditioning and sump pump systems. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of our home. We are at the home"build" stage at Thorndale, but it's not too soon to compliment Ryan on the available options (not nearly as limited as some snooty friends suggested) and the opportunity to make impactful structural changes. Maybe most importantly, our rep Chad G. played a major role in our choice. He isn't simply great at his job, he goes the extra mile(s) to help us with some issues that are absoultely our own. We could not get any luckier than finding this new development. We quickly made an appointment. Steve M our sales rep. Steve was awesome !!
