We bought our first home here the end of June (2024). What drew us in to this up and coming boutique neighborhood were the location and layout of the home. We are close to family and work without adding to our commutes. We are close to downtown Summerville, Ashley River Park, the public library and shops are conveniently located nearby. We have a semi private back yard with views of trees for the main bedroom. The home itself is well thought out. The powder room is located near front entrances, the laundry room upstairs, plenty of closet storage. The bathroom is separate from the walk-in closet in the main bedroom, which I appreciate. A lot of ventilation throughout the home for airflow. The kitchen is lovely, quartz counters and lots of cabinet space. It’s important to note we don’t hear our neighbors next door or the construction happening down the street! One less star because there are no amenities (park, sitting benches, pool, clubhouse). Overall, we are very happy with where we are and can’t wait to see the neighborhood fully developed! Shout out to Lee Ann and Matt for their great communication throughout our process!

Ryan Homes @Crescent Cove in Summerville it’s a very small quite upcoming neighborhood that got my attention . The sales person Matthew McCannan is very young but he knows his job and he willing to go above and beyond to help u get what u need and deserve. The Model that I’m purchasing didn’t come with a fridge . So u express my opinion to Matthew about it told him that it’s an Essential for a fridge to be in a new home and as first time homeowner. I should be stressed or worried about have to come up with money for down payment and closings and top it all buying a refrigerator for my. So Matthew said no worries would handle the it and sure enough I getting a brand new fridge in my home before closing . He took my opinion and thoughts seriously over to my Loan officer Lisa Day she’s another awesome lady . She’s doing her best and her hardest to get me approved and get my payments where I’m comfortable to pay . Love working ppl who makes u feel like family and lie we been know each other. They work hard for ppl to get a nice home and feel good about purchasing in the neighborhood. Matthew always gives me comfort worked and tells me don’t worry and stop stressing. Things are going to be just fine and if need someone too talk with must give him a call anytime . Now that’s makes me feel happy and comfortable with knowing that he cares and knows I’m just excited about the process. He also offer me if need anything else when I get into the home as well. I like that about Ryan’s Homes u can call on them when u need help in any way ! I haven’t got into my home yet but I keno I can depend on Matthew in the Summerville office! Go team Ryan Homes !
