Though we haven't moved into our home yet as it's still being built, our experience with the Ryan Homes team has been great so far. Nolan, Sam, and Dwight have each excelled in their respective roles and made building a new home from across the ocean an exciting process. I was also provided transparent ways to track the building status of my home, such as regular PhotoCircle report and flexible call-to-visit. Even before the preconstrution meeting, I got much help from Cat, the sales representative, to learn and choose my new home.

Just purchased my forever home here at Bartlett Station Estates and I am so thankful. Probably the only single woman in a neighborhood of families but I find peace here. Still some construction going on as they continue getting new homes built for my new neighbors. Jade and Cat were phenomenal in the process and so welcoming. They answered question after question and took me through the build as much as I wanted. The neighborhood is quiet at night and located juat far away from US 17. If you're looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend Bartlett Station Estates.

Just bought a new construction Ryan Home at South Harbor Single-Family 55 Plus after months of grueling search for the perfect retirement home and location and all reviews lead me to Ryan Homes at South Harbor Single-Family 55 Plus. My grown son turned me on to the 55 plus concept and the Ryan Homes team (Myranda, Jesse, Tracey and all other support staff) helped made this decision (their commuity concept is a win in my book) a dream come true and its great to have such a team behind me on this my retirement home construction project!!
