I was also provided transparent ways to track the building status of my home, such as regular PhotoCircle report and flexible call-to-visit. Even before the preconstrution meeting, I got much help from Cat, the sales representative, to learn and choose my new home.

Just purchased my forever home here at Bartlett Station Estates and I am so thankful. Probably the only single woman in a neighborhood of families but I find peace here. Still some construction going on as they continue getting new homes built for my new neighbors. Jade and Cat were phenomenal in the process and so welcoming. They answered question after question and took me through the build as much as I wanted. The neighborhood is quiet at night and located juat far away from US 17. If you're looking for somewhere to live, I highly recommend Bartlett Station Estates.

I love everything about RYAN, especially the entire team building South Harbor. We are currently building and are excited to start our next journey! This is the 3rd Ryan Home my family has built (4 owned) through past 4 decades. We started out in Liverpool NY and made it down here. Ryan's houses are home. I love the nostalgia and new current style builds. Everyone from Tracey(sales and face and voice for everything, shes incredible) to TJ (project engineer) consistently in contact and uploading weekly photos for us. Dwight in finance has been the anchor to everything as well. BRAVO TEAM SOUTH HARBOR 👏 If you're looking to build/buy....talk to them! We even checked out some new neighborhoods over the border in NC (Elizabeth City) they are no more expensive than the houses built in 1950s that are for sale in area. I would build before buy. Everything comes warranty and no worries about former owners "handy work"

I rated my new home 5 stars because "10" wasn't available :-) I'm a very happy new homeowner because of one outstanding salesperson...Tracee Marshall and her expertise in understanding the need of her customers and providing them with the resources of the Ryan's Homes team who go above and beyond in making sure the process is thorough and complete..it all because of our initial visit with Tracee and her guiding me in the right direction to get pre approval by way of Jesse NVR's exceptional loan officer who gave me the opportunity to potentially be qualified to buy our new home...buying a new home takes time and patience but getting the final approval was worth it and Anderson & Sam made sure to keep me informed of the building process by providing pictures of each section built and if I had any questions or concerns, they were there to help answer any questions I had...there's really no words to describe how grateful we are to Tracee, Jesse, Anderson and Sam for all that they've done especially with this new house with all of the outstanding upgrades plus the addition of the future amenities ⛳️😎 We are very well pleased with our new Ryan's Home 🏠 🤗
