My home buying experience with Ryan has been wonderful! Amber in sales has been an absolute delight to work with. She has been extremely accommodating, professional, honest, and friendly. She gently guided me through the process and was very patient. Mike, the project manager also rocks! He communicates with me regularly, he knows his stuff and I feel very comfortable in asking any question and confident in his responses. Even my loan agent Lauren has been awesome! She led me through the process with ease providing great clarity in what I thought would be an arduous process. Thanks to the team for the social event where I was able to meet my new neighbors. First and Foremost, Ms. A. Alexander is one of the most patient sales representatives, and goes the extra mile to ensure your needs are met, questions are answered. The community is a rare and well designed communities with a lot of amenities compared to other like communities. All the current residents we met so far have been very helpful, welcoming, and this seems to be a tight-knit group and exactly what a 55(plus) community represents. The community also represents an opportunity since this exact model is for sale in two other nearby locations starting at $600k and $700k with less amenities!

Beautiful community, big houses, lots of activities, reasonable prices in 55+ compared to some i have sold. Boat slips, fishing, kayaking. Check it out!!

The home-buying process here was outstanding. The Sales Representatives, Home Coordinators, Project Managers, Loan Managers, and Processors all delivered top-notch service. A special shout-out to Angela Alexander, who has been absolutely phenomenal—her clear communication, follow-through, and genuine care made the entire journey seamless. Weekly construction updates from Mike, the Project Manager, were exciting and informative—I could hardly wait to move in and loved learning about each step of the build.
