My wife and I been searching for our forever home for a few years. We settled to build in Delaware Beaches area. When we visited the Compass Point site our first impression was "WOW" the entrance feels like a resort. Then we met Nikki who is professional and showed us beautiful homes. We settled on a home and made the purchase a few days later. In about 4 months our forever home will be built. Wifey and I look forward to starting our next chapter of our life at Compass Point. We purchased our new home in December 2024. Being from out of state, we were concerned about the build process and how we would stay connected. This was our first “new build” so we had no experience with the construction phase. Our project manager, Drew Eckman, quickly calmed our concerns. From the first day, Drew was extremely professional, polite and personable. He was thorough in explaining every aspect of the construction and what would come next. His weekly video updates and photos were informative and a welcome communication.He was always available to answer any questions. As the project came to completion, and we met Drew in person for walkthroughs, his attention to detail and management of crews was excellent. It was a pleasure working with him and we always felt he was working in our best interest. He’s a strong asset to the Ryan Homes team.

The most beautiful house we’ve owned! (And that includes our first home in California). The work done by Drew was amazing! A+ They are willing to fix things within the first year and offer a paint redo within the first 11 months. Nicole was so nice to work with! This community is peaceful and has a gym, splash pad for kids, and a nice pool with swim up chairs. It has a resort-like feel to it.

Nikki Gough was our Sales Representative at Compass point and we were so pleased with all she did for us as we planned out the home we wanted and needed. Meeting her in person was like a dream, she was so warm, friendly and professional we were at ease from the beginning. She would touch base with us periodically and was so helpful and always eager to answer any questions. This was our second time buying with Ryan Homes, and we could not have had a more positive build experience with the Compass Point team. From our earliest conversations with Meredith, she worked with us both in person and remotely to get all of our questions answered about upgrades, build timelines, etc. We also absolutely loved working with our Project Manager, Nick. He was so professional and personable throughout the process. We loved all of the pictures and personalized videos that he would send to us through the app (mostly for our son to see and enjoy)! He even got our son a personalized little gift when we moved in, which was such a nice touch.
