I’ve relocated several times throughout Delaware and I was ready to settle and find my forever home. After building 3 homes in Delaware and having used 3 different builders I was blown away by the superb service and detail Meredith, Meghan, Rylee, Nick and Laura provided. Meredith took her time and patience to ensure that my selections were exactly what I needed and was in love with. Meghan and Rylee made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the entire process and was always a text or phone call away. Nick sent progress updates since and was very accommodating with my schedule. Nick also checked in on us after we moved in to ensure everything met our expectations and more. Laura ensured a stress free closing and assisted with calls and all scheduling. Meredith and Nick promised that I would have a new home for the holidays and they fulfilled every promise that was made to my family and I. Meredith, from the sales team, was so great from the beginning and set us at ease about moving to a new state and great area!
