From the moment we placed a sold sign on our lot to even months after we have closed. We have had such a fantastic experience! A lot of that experience is owed to the project manager, Angi! She has gone above and beyond to keep us informed every step of the way, and answered any questions we may have had. She has an amazing eye for detail, which is something you definitely want when you’re having your home built. My Ryan’s Woodberry Home Experience The four-star team~ Ryan’s Home starting players are James Potter, Bill Bishop, Derek Short and Verna Vastardis the best team ever. I must say I am very grateful for having you all as a crew and THANK YOU, THANK YOU so much for a wonderful customer experience. James my salesperson provided information about the various floor plans, features, pricing and engaged the initial stages of the process. He saw that i already did my homework and knew what i wanted. He provided the house details. Bill was the Project Manager, who oversaw the construction to completion of my new home and ensured the home was built according to the agreed -upon specification. He never left me hanging even after the home was finished.. He's always available to answer those simple questions or he points me to the right persons for answer if he wasn't sure. Derek my loan officer, assisted in securing my mortgage loan. He really had his work cut out as i was already VA approved with my credit union. He remained steadfast, as he helped me choose the right loan program and guided me through the application process. His communication was excellent, he made sure I completely understood the terms and conditions. Verna my loan closer, she facilitated the closing process which took all the stress off me. She worked with the title company, attorneys, and other parties to ensure all the necessary documents were properly prepared. Any oversight she found she corrected on the spot and in a timely manner making the closing rather smoothly. For all of the above efforts, I am very Thankful. Ernest

Our sales rep, Amanda Pearson, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and approachable when walking us through the process and selecting our perfect home that fits our needs! Alexandra Quirk, our loan officer, was very thorough and patient when navigating the financing process in such a tough market. Tl;dr: Wow! These people are honestly amazing. Full review: I can not applaud the team at Woodberry Manor, Ryan Homes, and NVR as a whole enough. From the moment we reached out to request an appointment to the purchase, and ongoing from there. When we arrived at the model, unlike some other builders in the area, we were greeted and given direct attention. Kimber introduced herself asked if we wanted to look around and told us if we wanted to discuss were her office was. No pressure, no shady sales tactics. We decided that we loved the designs that Ryan was offering and the community features and sat down with Kimber. She pulled out all stops to make us comfortable and walk us through the process. She took the time to present some options without overwhelming us, provided us a quick quote from NVR and then encouraged us to seek rates from any lender we wanted. She never made us feel pressured to do anything. We very quickly decided we were on board and Kimber went above and beyond to process our paperwork though quicker then we could imagine to make sure we secured the lot we wanted! Unfortunately, Kimber moved to another community but that's not where this ended. Kimber made sure we were introduced to Jorge and made sure to let us know she was available still either way. I've heard this before but she really has been. Any questions we have, and concerns, or even just to annoy her with project status she responds to quickly and professionally. She makes me feel like she's working for me. Kimber isn't the only one though, Angi made our change appointment a breeze and was very flexible and accommodating. Jorge has put in WORK. He seems to always be available for me. Going beyond his schedule and duties to make sure we were able to see models and options even after we had already signed everything. I've seen first hand the work they put into these homes even after closing, I've seen the quality of the homes they are building here. But most of all I have seen a group of people that are helping make dreams come true! Thank you, thank you , thank you from my entire family for everything you guys have done and are continuing to do. I will recommend Ryan to any family member, friend, or stranger.
