Jorge Navarro was our sales representative and did an excellent job in navigating us through our home-buying process. He is knowledgeable and patient (which he demonstrated in responding to our many questions) and kept us updated weekly. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you, Jorge! Kyle Herndon was our production manager, with whom we dealt, during the construction of our home. He did an excellent job in providing us with up-to-date, detailed information, for every phase of construction and gave us an excellent orientation to our home when it was done. Love the house and community. The sales agent made the initial buying process easy. From then on the project manager made it a stress free experience. My Sales Manager Jorge Navarro was absolutely great! He is a very pleasant person and leads with professionalism. He was very thorough in his knowledge and presentation of the different style home selections to choose from. He also provided me with a detailed overview of the Regency North community resources, services and amenities. When I made the decision to buy my home, Mr Navarro was with me every step of the way. He patiently guided me through the required contracts, acknowledgements and agreements. He provided me with all scheduled time lines for the building process of my home and made sure everything was going as scheduled. He kept in contact with me regularly and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Once my house was ready for me to move in, Mr Navarro followed up with "continued care" and resources to help me get settled in my new home and the community. I absolutely! appreciate all of his genuine help, support and professionalism as a Sales Manager for Ryan homes. The Building Manager Bryan Sosa, was also great in keeping me abreast of the building process of my home. He provided me with photos of all the intricate details of the construction of my house. During all of the walk throughs, Mr Sosa's experience and explanations of the construction were quite impressive. Overall, it was a very good experience with having my first home built.

My husband & I just bought a house in this brand new over 55 Ryan Homes Community. Cheryl Hoffman, our sales rep, was so quick in responding to us, even before the sales office was opened! She has been professional, efficient & helpful in answering all the questions we had before signing our contract. Have had questions answered by the project manager, John, already & our house has not even broken ground. Dealing with Devin, the finance person, has also been easy. I cannot say enough about the team approach we have experienced thus far from Ryan Homes!
