My husband and I recently had our home built in Culpeper, VA. Joe Schwab was a great first impression to Ryan Homes and he checked in with us every step of the way. He remembered our names, that we were getting married and that my husband had knee surgery coming up… his hospitality and attention to detail made an overwhelming experience seem easy! Zac Dalton, our PM was top tier. He had a beautiful home built for us, answered our tons of text messages and kept us updated often with pictures and videos. Since we’ve closed, he’s remained easy to contact and we trust he’ll help us out in the future. Thanks for a great experience!

Ryan Homes just built our dream home! My parents and I had a great experience from sales to construction. Katie Simmons, the Sales Representative for Laurel Park, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Katie was very patient answering our many questions. After signing the contract, my parents and I worked with Zach Dalton and Josh Bennett, the Construction Team. Zach and Josh are very friendly and patient when answering our many questions. My mom and I made requests during construction, which Zach and Josh were able to accommodate in a timely manner. Zach and Josh kept us informed by sending photos throughout the construction process. The constant updates kept us informed and excited about the building process. We enjoyed working with Katie, Zach, and Josh!! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process of buying a new-build home. All those worries were quickly put at ease once I engaged with Ryan Homes. My experience has been seamless, easy, and fun! The whole team was friendly, communicative, responsive, and professional. James was a thorough salesman who helped me understand the whole process, and what I could expect so there were no surprises financially or otherwise. I took advantage of the awesome incentives and financed with NVR Mortgage. The team there was helpful and kept me informed of all the documentation I needed to provide and walked me through the financial options available to me. Zac did an amazing job keeping the build on schedule and kept me posted on progress weekly with the photo app. Matt made the trip out to my new home orientation to give me the face time so I know who’s available to help me should I need anything with the warranty team. The construction of my home was organized. Ryan Homes provided awesome documentation for how to maintain my house. I loved the QR code stickers around the house — each with quick tips for maintenance, links to the manuals for appliances, and easy access to all the information I need! James and Zac were exceptional standouts from the team and were a delight to work with. If they’re your sales/project manager, consider yourself lucky! I am so happy with my new home and so thankful for such a wonderful home buying experience. Thank you Ryan Homes for making my dream of owning a home come true!

Our home search led us to Laurel Park and everyone there was so nice and helpful as we selected a home, the site, and everything else! It will be so great to be close to Old Town, shops, the Hospital!
