One of the most pleasant surprise was a modification that was made due to the fact that we were not adding a basement. There is an additional storage space in the garage that is quite substantial. There was also an additional coat closet for the family entry. We were so happy with these modifications and can't wait to see it again in 10 weeks, when it will be complete.

After a last minute change request, Meredith was very accommodating to ensure the changes were made per our request. Our transition from sales to construction was seamless thanks to her hands on oversight. Our project manager, Larry, was top-notch. He continually provided us weekly update reports with pictures. Being 3 hours away from the construction site, Larry provided us a great peace of mind the building of the house was on track. During the final walk through, Larry was thorough and provided us awesome feedback and information as new home owners to the community.
