My experiences in purchasing a home from Ryan Homes at Alexander Crossing for myself in February and again recently with my daughter in August has been nothing short of amazing. The relationship between Ryan Homes and NVR serves the Buyer well with the great incentives and ensures everything will run like a well oiled machine from contract signing through closing. Iris Dedja of Ryan Homes was an absolute angel, knowledgeable and ensuring that all expectations weee exceeded. She clearly demonstrates active listening and from viewing the model, to designing the home she is supporting you as if you have known her your whole life. I cannot express the gratitude I have for her initiative, engagement, and going above and beyond. Excellence was continued with NVR: Alexander Quirk, Morgan Stemple, and Justin Jabro. They are so responsive and customer service oriented. They ensured that we understood the loan and title processes and were positioned for success/ loan approval. There were no questions unanswered and they ensured we knew they were committed to the final objective: final loan approval. Special shout out to Bryson Mitchell, the Project Manager for both homes. The weekly updates via Photo Circle were so wonderful… my daughter and I anxiously looked forward to each update and the multiple pictures he posted at each stage. He set a high bar with his due diligence and quality assurance and his knowledge and experience in his craft is very evident every step of the way. In summary, my two home buying experiences with Ryan Homes and NVR at Alexander Crossing were superb and I highly recommend both firms.

Iris greeted us and inquired about what we were looking for and was very professional and detail oriented in helping with our search for the right home.
