I just moved in Reservoir Square, and I am enjoying everything about it. Robert was great in introducing me to the place and Baily, who works with the financing did a wonderful job helping me navigate the process. Indeed, the financing was very comprehensive, so you must have all paperwork in order. The homes our very comfortable and energy efficient. What's also nice is the warranty department. After I moved in, the movers made a mess of some of the walls. Ryan Homes has a department that repair the walls within a certain amount of time free of charge. Even the water taste differently from the stainless steel appliances. Just a beautiful community to live. I am so grateful to be here

I heard about the property and did a quick walk through the neighborhood one night I was passing through the city. I finally called in and spoke to Nate Silva and he was the best. Transparent and informative. We spoke Thursday, and I was in his office by Saturday. A smooth and seamless process to close. The location of the area is perfect. Around 10 mins from downtown and less than 10 from Penn Station.

I live in this area in my teenage years and love living in the area would love to be given the opportunity to move back in that part of west Baltimore to be apart of seeing this historic landscape come alive again with its greenery, it’s stunning restaurants watching our children’s playing having fun feeling safe while the parents are enjoying the sunshine and sitting on their porch or steps.
