I know a lot of people may not have had a good experience when purchasing their home, but as a first-time homeowner , I’ve had a really good experience. Working with Robert Griebe (sales) and Bailey Wallick (loan officer) they’ve helped me to really understand the process. Whenever I had a question or concern they’ve addressed it in a timely manner and have been very patient with me. Most of all, and certainly not least, the project manager, Anthony Scilipoti, is making my dream home a reality. I constantly get status updates and feel very blessed to work with him. I heard about the property and did a quick walk through the neighborhood one night I was passing through the city. I finally called in and spoke to Nate Silva and he was the best. Transparent and informative. We spoke Thursday, and I was in his office by Saturday. A smooth and seamless process to close. The location of the area is perfect. Around 10 mins from downtown and less than 10 from Penn Station.
