He remembered our names, that we were getting married and that my husband had knee surgery coming up… his hospitality and attention to detail made an overwhelming experience seem easy! Zac Dalton, our PM was top tier. He had a beautiful home built for us, answered our tons of text messages and kept us updated often with pictures and videos. We have nothing but great things to say about our experience building a house with Ryan Homes. The main reason for that was our Project Manager - Josh Bennett. He was amazing! If you’re lucky enough to get Josh to build your house, rest assured you’re in great hands! He sent us a collage of new photos of our homes progress every week, and also sent updates for significant milestones. We were communicated with very well through the home building process. He was always quick to respond, and happy to accommodate whenever I reached out with any questions or concerns. Josh was the face of Ryan Homes for our family through this process, and he made them look professional, kind, responsive, and excellent. Two other guys that were very helpful, great at their jobs, and great to work with were: Joseph Schwab - Senior Sales Rep Joe helped us find the right house, toured the models with us, answered lots of questions, and got everything started with the home buying process! Derek Short - MLO with NVR Mortgage Derek worked with us to determine the best loan for our situation. He was super kind and easy to talk with about some complex financial situations.

Overall we had an amazing time with Ryan Homes here in Culpeper. Laurel Park is a great community and we're excited to see it finished. My project manager was Connor and he did a great job communicating during the building process and afterwards checking up on us. Any issues we had were quickly resolved and Ryan homes took care of us. Building a home with a quick turn developer is community dependent on how good they are, this community is definitely one of the good ones.

Ryan Homes just built our dream home! My parents and I had a great experience from sales to construction. Katie Simmons, the Sales Representative for Laurel Park, was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Katie was very patient answering our many questions. After signing the contract, my parents and I worked with Zach Dalton and Josh Bennett, the Construction Team. Zach and Josh are very friendly and patient when answering our many questions. My mom and I made requests during construction, which Zach and Josh were able to accommodate in a timely manner. Zach and Josh kept us informed by sending photos throughout the construction process. The constant updates kept us informed and excited about the building process. We enjoyed working with Katie, Zach, and Josh!! As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous about the process of buying a new-build home. All those worries were quickly put at ease once I engaged with Ryan Homes. My experience has been seamless, easy, and fun! The whole team was friendly, communicative, responsive, and professional. The construction of my home was organized. Ryan Homes provided awesome documentation for how to maintain my house. I loved the QR code stickers around the house — each with quick tips for maintenance, links to the manuals for appliances, and easy access to all the information I need! James and Zac were exceptional standouts from the team and were a delight to work with. If they’re your sales/project manager, consider yourself lucky! I am so happy with my new home and so thankful for such a wonderful home buying experience. Thank you Ryan Homes for making my dream of owning a home come true!
