As someone interested in an over 55 age community, I had numerous questions about the specifics of the community and my eligibility for a new build. He was always available by text, email and phone. And kept us updated weekly via photocircle with updates. Great crew. We're so happy to finally be settled in exactly on due date as scheduled.

We were looking for a 55+ community that offered basic amenities, as we just don’t use clubhouses or pools that drive up those HOA fees. We found what we are looking for in Baxter Station. We are looking forward to single floor living with a beautiful large yard for our dogs and some elbow room!
