I can’t say enough positive things about our new home purchase with the Crystal Falls team. From the moment we walked into the model to be greeted by Shaun, and through the entire build process working with Chris, we felt at ease that we made the right decision. Shaun’s knowledge of the design and build process was spot on. Everything he said would happen, happened in the timeframe committed. His calm demeanor set us at ease as we reviewed all the floor plan and upgrade options. When construction began, Chris took over and was the ultimate professional. He did not skip a beat in his communication and we received weekly calls and photos of our build. If any issues arose (which happen in construction), he was on top of it. We’re currently in the process of building a house with Ryan Homes at Crystal Falls. Just wanted to take a minute to share our experience so far. We were welcomed like a family member by Shawn. He’s shown genuine concern to get us exactly what we wanted. He was very patient with us as we went through the process of deciding on a lot and color choices. He really listened to us. He followed up regularly. His emails and all communication was timely. He was a gracious host. He introduced us to Sam our Project manager. We had a meeting where Sam took us through the whole process, Sam and Shawn worked well together as they transitioned us to the construction team. Sam helped us understand what his role and responsibilities are, how we could contact him ,and how he would be communicating with us weekly with a call and photos weekly of the progress. We really felt comfortable. So far he’s met every commitment that he’s promised. His communication happens when he said it would, he is very thorough in his explanations of what’s going right and what the challenges are and what his next steps are. We just completed our pre Drywall meeting and he addressed all of the questions that we had. He pointed out the things that he saw that they were going to correct as well as some small things that we noticed. We feel very confident in his ability, to hit our expected closing date. It’s been a great experience working with Mary at Ryan homes. From the moment we first spoke with Mary, we knew and believed we were in good hands and that our family was right where we needed to be. Mary is very transparent and guided us along the way throughout each process. She kept us involved and up to date through each milestone. She did everything she said she was going to do, when she said she was going to do it. We went over our scheduled time to discuss option and never felt rushed. Our kids were running wild, she gave them snacks and water. It really has been a great experience. Chris was our project manager. I can’t say enough about him. He has been solid since day 1. He kept us involved through the entire process of the build. He sent us photos weekly and called on Fridays for updates. We’ve been in our home for 4 months now, and haven’t had a single issues from construction defects. He stops if we are outside to check in and makes sure everything is still good with our home. He built us a solid home and we are forever grateful for that. If you’ve heard the horror stories about building in a neighborhood like we had, go see Mary and she will change your mind. This community is going to be beautiful. The people we’ve seen coming in and out are smiling and stop to say hello. Without question I’d give the experience 10/10!
