This neighborhood is an extension of an already existing neighborhood and the people who are living there are great and diverse. Ryan homes' team has been excellent. We have been working with one of the sales lead, Amy, and she is pretty professional so far. She is knowledgeable and quick in answering any questions that you may have. We are so excited for our new home, hopefully the quality will be good like other Ryan homes.

I just happened to stop in and was met by a sale rep who was very kind and was ready to show me around. I ended up looking at the Aruba Bay home and I fell in love with it. The next day I bought the home and I'm very happy with it.
